Hey I Heard a Funny Thing Somebody Said to Me

Hey guys just a light hearted thread here thinking about some of the funny things people have said to me while discussing growing. Share a funny story lets all have a good laugh and make the day a bit better lol

Ill go first...
So at the end of the outdoor growing season we generally threw a 'harvest party' for everyone who grows outdoor to kinda showoff and showcase your stash. Just a fun time with edibles blunts etc etc. All jokes and stories fun times.
Well my buddy brought a couple guys from his work who clearly didnt have much knowledge (also didnt bring any weed) now we were discussing flavour profiles and terps and this guy went on to tell me that the only way you get kush flavour is because 'these guys pump in the atmosphere' now he wasnt able to tell me where to get this kush atmosphere or if it came in a can or a drum. Lmfao.
Oh man i still text my buddy with pics and tell him i pumped in atmosphere and we still to this day have a good laugh about it all.

Where to start!
A while ago I heard some people talking about coloured plants/buds. They were convinced and 100% sure anything that is not dark lush green.. is just colours and chemicals they push into the bud to change it, and make people want to buy it more.
they kept talking about how they "know their weed" as they've smoked for years now, and how dumb people were for buying purple Kush or other colours of buds.. how unhealthy and unnatural it was
Just about dropped dead from internal laughter.. the boasting and confidence behind those statements they kept saying/agreeing with were the icing on top

I can only find the one for haze.

A few years back a friend of mine showed me his tent, was just growing a single plant.
So as i look in i noticed a shit load of algae in his tote..
I didn't say a word...he goes " The green is good, you want that in your res"
Didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

While taking a smoke break on the back nine disc golfing I'm passed a joint. Taste like straight up seeds. I ask what's up with the seed taste. I'm told it's all good. My new grinder blends them right in. Easy.
Fun times.

Had a Mexican in Mexico sell me some dirt weed that was brown as hell, smelled terrible and had hardly any potency. Looked me straight in the eyes and said this is the kush. I told him I grow the kush and this sure as hell ain't it. Lol. I bought it anyways cause I didn't have shit else. Smoked a bowl and threw the rest in the ocean.

lmao been there. Went to Tulum and quickly realized every dealer there had the same schwag probably from the same cartel, "good sativa" they called it, it was absolutely positively the worst bud i ever smoked lol

Was on a cruise so pickings were slim.
Now Jamaica you can get some good smoke.

Wtf happened to this thread? Why did it turn from funny things someone has said about growing to seed giveaways?
Anyways... was toking some tastey bud with a friend and I remarked it had a good taste and he laughed at me and said weed doesn't have taste.....
